HTTP push

The platform has a HTTP push function, which can actively send relevant data and messages of the device in the format of HTTP/HTTPS POST requests to the application server.

Follow the steps below to enable the HTTP push service:

Step 1

Open the Developer Center interface, select Data Push -> HTTP Push, and click “Add Global Push”, as shown below:

Step 2

Fill in the server URL address and custom token for data reception (the token can be used to verify whether the request is sent from OneNET), specify the data stream, select the data stream of the new data point to be pushed, and click “Associate”, as shown below:

Step 3

In the pop-up menu bar, select the data stream containing the data to be pushed. The new data point in the selected data stream will be pushed through the push service, as shown below:

Step 4

Set the push interval and cumulative number as needed, as shown below:

  • If the push interval is set, data will be pushed at intervals.

  • If the cumulative number is set, messages will be accumulated to a certain number before data is pushed.

Step 5 Deploy the application server to receive services according to the application "Development Guide", and click “Add”. Then you can see that the service is enabled, as shown below:
