The special terms used in remote upgrade OTA service are explained as follows:

| OTA | Over-the- Air Technology, i.e. remote upgrade. |
| FOTA | Firmware-OTA, i.e. firmware upgrade, mainly refers to the upgrade of the version of FOTA and other firmware. |
| SOTA | Software-OTA, i.e. software upgrade, mainly refers to the upgrade of MCU and other application software. |
